Garlic

When garlic comes in contact with blood cells, it releases a cell messenger called hydrogen sulfide (H2S)  which increases blood vessel relaxation by up to 73%. Keeping blood vessels relaxed is extremely beneficial for normal blood flow and is the first critical step in managing blood pressure.
